Stephen Rado founded RPN and is the Global Head of our Partner Placement Practice. Prior to founding RPN in 2013, Steve spent over 20 years as an executive recruiter. He has successfully placed hundreds of attorneys as partners, associates, and in-house counsel. In 2005, despite being one of the most successful associate and in-house consultants in New York, Steve decided to shift his energy towards placing partners and groups. His recruiting success has gone to the next level, but he has also become an integral part of the strategic growth for many top firms. Steve continuously meets and speaks with Managing Partners, Practice Groups Leaders, and Executive Committee Members. Unlike other recruiters, Steve is called as a sounding board for these top firm decision makers, and the result of his honest assessment of their firm goals has resulted in numerous successful exclusive and retained searches.

 

Steve's law degree is from Syracuse University. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Johns University. Outside the office, Steve enjoys spending time at home in New Jersey with his wife and their 3 children.
