Sarah Fields is a Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Sarah was a corporate associate at K&L Gates in Washington, D.C. and GrayRobinson P.A. in Tampa, FL, where she focused on Public Finance and Aviation Finance transactions. 

 

As a recruiter, Sarah incorporates the aspect of law she enjoyed most—building strong professional relationships—as she assists candidates in achieving a career that will fulfill both their professional and personal goals. 

 

Sarah received her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, where she obtained her Business Law Certificate and also studied at the University of Oxford. She earned her B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University. 

 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, attempting to master French cooking, reading and spending time outdoors. She lives in Florida with her family and their dog, Boden.
