Roman Tsekhanovich is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer providing support in all aspects of operations and team management. While studying graduate Chemistry at Brooklyn College, Roman jumped at the opportunity to leverage his five years of experience in the hospitality and consumer electronics industries and joined RPN to help maintain, drive, and augment all operational initiatives. Though his main focus is keeping the RPN ship sailing, Roman also helps match paralegals and attorneys to their dream roles through a relationship-focused approach that balances the unique needs of the candidate and duties of the role.

 

Roman earned his B.A. in Chemistry from Brooklyn College and is in the process of completing his M.A. in Chemistry. In his leisure, Roman enjoys biking, reading manga, as well as spending time with his dog and newly born niece.
