Roman Tsekhanovich serves as the Director of Operations, a critical role in which he supports and enhances various operational and team management facets. Leveraging his five years of experience in the hospitality and consumer electronics industries, Roman supports all operational initiatives and contributes forward-thinking solutions to evolving challenges. His chief focus is to ensure the seamless running of RPN, but his contributions extend beyond. Roman facilitates the placement of paralegals and attorneys into their ideal positions, employing a personalized, relationship-driven approach that meticulously aligns candidate aspirations with the duties of their prospective roles.

 

Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Brooklyn College and is currently advancing towards a Master of Arts in the same field. In his leisure, he enjoys cycling, watching documentaries, and cherishes moments with his family and dog.
