Rachel Hoffman is a Managing Director at RPN. She brings a distinctive combination of legal experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and a client-focused approach to legal recruiting.
Rachel began her legal career as a litigation associate at Weil, Gotshal and later Arnold & Porter before pursuing entrepreneurship and becoming the owner and operator of two businesses in Westchester County. These experiences gave her a practical understanding of client relationships, hiring decisions, business operations, and the importance of finding the right fit for both clients and candidates.
Rachel enjoys working with attorneys as they navigate important career decisions. She believes the best outcomes come from listening carefully, communicating openly, and taking the time to appreciate each candidate's experience, priorities, and long-term goals.
Rachel earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Rachel lives in Westchester County with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and baking for family and friends.
