Monica Friedman is a Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Monica was a litigation associate at both Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Monica also spent time providing consulting services to a variety of companies, including a NYC based start-up, arming her with diverse legal experience and a keen sense that candidates and clients each come with a unique set of needs. She prides herself in taking the time to meaningfully listen and learn about the specific desires of every candidate and client, enhancing her ability to help them achieve their career or hiring goals, respectively.

Monica received her J.D. from Fordham University, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in International Affairs, from the Elliot School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of work, Monica enjoys staying active, spending quality time with her family and friends, and trying out new recipes on her husband.
