Lee Presser founded RPN and is our Managing Partner. He has spent 20 years placing attorneys both domestically and overseas, with law firms and as in-house counsel. He develops and manages exclusive relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, not-for-profits, family offices, and law firms of all sizes. Clients routinely give Lee the highest compliment that a recruiter can receive--that when they see he has sent a resume, they know this will be a candidate who they will want to interview.

Lee received his JD from Northwestern University School of Law. His undergraduate degree was earned, cum laude, from the University of Florida. Before becoming a recruiter, Lee was a white-collar litigator with Rosenman & Colin (now Katten Muchin). Lee lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, with his wife and 5 children.
