Karina Rodriguez serves as Director of Operations at RPN, where she oversees firmwide operations, internal processes, and strategic initiatives across recruiting and business functions. In addition to her leadership role, she continues to actively recruit and place legal and compliance talent at all levels at AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, emerging growth companies, and top-tier boutiques nationwide.

 

Karina works closely with candidates to identify opportunities aligned with their long-term career goals, providing thoughtful guidance throughout each stage of the search process.
