Jordan Kam is a Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Jordan was a Partner at a boutique commercial litigation firm in New York City, where he practiced for seventeen years in the areas of business, employment and securities law. A respected advocate and counselor, Jordan has repeatedly been selected as one of Super Lawyers' New York Metro business litigation "Rising Stars" and "Super Lawyers.”

Jordan decided to step away from litigation and become a legal recruiter and career advisor after reflecting deeply on his own career and coming to the realization that his most treasured moments as an attorney came while he was advising other attorneys about their own career trajectories. After almost two decades of engaging in these discussions, Jordan arrived at the conclusion that growth only occurs in a state of discomfort, and most attorneys fail to reach their potential simply because they are too comfortable to explore other options. Jordan truly enjoys learning about his candidates’ career aspirations and providing sound advice, whether that means moving to a new opportunity or staying at their current position. Jordan’s deep contacts throughout the legal community, hands-on approach and keen ability to listen and evaluate before providing counsel, contribute to his ability to help clients meet their objectives.

Jordan received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Labor and Employment Law Journal. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.  Outside of work, Jordan enjoys travel, live music and spending time with his wife and two children.
