Jill is a Managing Director at RPN, where she focuses on partner, counsel, and associate placements at law firms, as well as select in-house opportunities.

 

Jill began her career as a litigation associate at a boutique law firm in New York City and then transitioned to Human Resources at Goldman Sachs where she managed the U.S. Executive Search practice. After taking time away to raise her children, Jill participated in Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work Program, an initiative designed for women returning to the workforce after a career break. She subsequently joined Morgan Stanley full-time, working in Experienced Recruiting and Talent Development. From there, Jill pivoted to legal recruiting, bringing together her legal, recruiting, and corporate HR experience.

 

Jill’s experience gives her a unique perspective on attorneys’ career goals and the hiring needs of law firms and corporate legal departments. She is committed to building trusted, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and providing thoughtful, strategic guidance throughout the recruiting process.

 

Jill received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan. She lives in Westfield, New Jersey with her husband and three children. Outside of work, Jill loves gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.
