Jennifer Song is a Senior Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Jennifer was a banking associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where she gained extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with domestic and international financings. As the Senior Director of Business Affairs at Major League Gaming, Jennifer handled all in-house corporate legal matters as well as licensing-related business matters. Most recently as the Manager of Content and Product Initiatives at LexisNexis for the Finance module, she was brought on to create, develop, strategize and launch a new online legal practical guidance tool for transactional attorneys. This diverse experience in the legal industry gives Jennifer has a unique perspective that lends itself to understanding a candidate’s situation, goals and aspirations, as well as insight into clients’ hiring needs. As someone who enjoys helping others, Jennifer loves the process of listening to and building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients in order to find that perfect match and reach the best possible outcome.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was an Editor on the Journal of International Economic Law and her B.A., magna cum laude in Psychology and Political Science from Rice University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking and baking, reading and spending time with her husband and three small children. Jennifer is the co-chair of the Women’s Committee for the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
