Dianne has spent more than 30 years as a real estate and finance partner at Am Law 100 firms. Recruitment was the natural evolution of her career. Her passion has always been building long-term relationships and creating meaningful connections for colleagues and clients. She brings the same relationship-first approach to her work in recruitment.

 

Throughout her career, she collaborated with leading law firms and attorneys nationwide, giving her deep insight into different firm cultures and practice specialties. Having sat on both sides of the hiring table, she understands not just the legal and business dynamics, but also the personal factors behind career decisions. She has a clear understanding of what law firms truly value in candidates: not just strong credentials, but adaptability, cultural fit, and long-term potential. She also brings first person understanding of what drives attorneys at different stages of their careers.

 

She takes pride in helping lawyers and firms find the right fit-with empathy, discretion, and confidence-and finds deep meaning watching a great match lead to long-term success for both the individual and the firm.

 

Dianne earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and her B.A. in American Studies from The George Washington University. Before joining Big Law, she clerked for the Chief Federal Judge of the Southern District of Florida. Throughout her career she maintained a long-standing commitment to community engagement, serving on nonprofit boards in both Miami and New York. She lives in Miami with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Raffi.
