Colleen Connolly is a Managing Director at RPN. Her goal as a recruiter is to make sure that clients and candidates alike find the best fit possible.

Before joining RPN, Colleen was a litigation associate at Mendes & Mount handling complex insurance coverage matters. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a published Associate Managing Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review. While in law school, Colleen served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael H. Dolinger in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Colleen completed her B.A. in Linguistics and Spanish & Latin American Literature & Culture, magna cum laude, at New York University. It was during her time at NYU that Colleen developed her passion for traveling, visiting both Ireland and Spain through the University.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking her way through The Joy of Cooking, exercising, gardening, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and participating in her book club.
