Chelsea Stevens is a Senior Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Chelsea was a Litigation Associate at K&L Gates and Venable LLP in New York City. Chelsea was actively involved with both firms' mentoring and recruiting programs and gained first-hand experience with exactly what law firms look for in a candidate.

 

Chelsea’s main goal as a recruiter is to provide her candidates with a career match that is the perfect fit for them, both professionally and personally.

 

Chelsea received her J.D. from NYU Law and completed her law school clinic work at the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, AL. She earned her B.A. in Journalism, summa cum laude, from DePaul University in Chicago. 

 

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys reading fiction, cooking big meals, practicing yoga, and going on hikes with her husband, Justin, and their dog, Finnegan.
