Beth Scharpf is a Managing Director at RPN, where she places attorneys at both law firms and in-house. She is an attentive listener with a strong work ethic, who approaches every client placement with meticulousness, professionalism, and commitment.
Beth began her legal career at Shearman & Sterling, practicing in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group. She then went on to practice Trusts & Estates for over a decade, counseling clients on a very personal level with respect to their estate, gift, and tax planning. Beth’s prior work experience has proven to be an extremely valuable asset that she frequently draws upon in achieving excellent recruitment results for her clients.
Beth graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Psychology. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. While in law school, Beth was the winner of the New York Bar Foundation Judge Bernard Meyer Scholarship and was also published in the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment.
Beth currently lives on Long Island with her husband and three daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, Peloton spinning, and playing various word games in the New York Times.
