Anastasiya Barsukova is a Senior Managing Director at RPN, having joined the firm in 2015. Leveraging her eleven years of experience in the legal recruiting industry, Anastasiya engages in deep collaboration with Partners and Associates at every step, ensuring their unique skills and ambitions are recognized and nurtured. Anastasiya is often tasked with identifying and recruiting high-caliber Partners, whether it's to enrich the firm’s existing capabilities or to lead and/or develop practices in emerging areas. Anastasiya's approach is both thoughtful and strategic, emphasizing not just career progression, but also nurturing authentic connections and recognizing the human aspect inherent in making career decisions.

Anastasiya holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Corporate Communications with a double minor in English and Psychology from Baruch College (Honors Program). Outside of the office, Anastasiya enjoys exercising, reading, exploring restaurants, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.
