Anastasiya Barsukova serves as Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director at RPN. As the former, she is solely responsible for keeping the RPN machine running smoothly. As the latter, she uses her nine years of experience in the recruiting industry to work closely with partners and associates at all levels. Clients routinely ask Anastasiya to recruit specific partners the firm thinks highly of, or those who they think would be a great addition to their bench or who can seamlessly transition into a leadership role in a less developed practice.

Anastasiya holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Corporate Communications with a double minor in English and Psychology from Baruch College (Honors Program). Outside of the office, Anastasiya enjoys exercising, reading,  exploring restaurants, and spending time with her family and dog.
